This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for membership purchases made through club.webture.in.
1. Membership Fees
Membership fees provide access to the benefits and services offered by Webture Chess Club during the active membership period.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the membership details before completing your purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- A duplicate payment was made for the same membership.
- A payment was successfully charged multiple times due to a technical error.
- A payment was processed successfully, but the membership could not be activated due to an issue on our side.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- You change your mind after purchasing.
- You decide not to use your membership.
- You fail to participate in club activities or events.
- Your membership expires without renewal.
- You are unable to participate due to personal reasons.
- Your membership is suspended or terminated because of a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Fair Play Policy.
4. Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date.
Your request should include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Date of Purchase
- Payment Reference or Transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
Each request will be reviewed individually.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 7–10 business days.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
6. Changes to This Policy
Webture Chess Club reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
