Welcome to Webture Chess Club. This Membership Policy explains how memberships are issued, managed, and renewed.
1. Membership
Webture Chess Club offers individual memberships that provide access to member-exclusive benefits, club activities, and other features available during an active membership period.
Membership is intended for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared.
2. Membership Duration
Each membership is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Your membership begins once your payment has been successfully processed and your membership has been activated.
3. Renewal
Memberships do not renew automatically.
To continue enjoying membership benefits after your current membership expires, you must purchase a new membership manually.
No recurring payments or automatic charges will be made.
4. Membership Benefits
Active members may receive benefits including:

Membership benefits may change as the club grows and develops.
5. Expiry of Membership
Once your membership expires:

- A new membership purchase is required to regain access.
6. Member Responsibilities

- Maintain respectful behaviour.
- Follow club rules and fair play standards.
- Comply with the rules of any third-party platforms used for club activities.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.
7. Membership Fees
Membership fees are displayed on the website before purchase.
Prices may be revised in the future. Any changes will apply to new purchases and renewals and will not affect an active membership.
8. Cancellation
Members may choose not to renew their membership at any time.
Since memberships are not automatically renewed, no cancellation of recurring payments is required.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

10. Changes to Membership
